Q: What do we do on the event day?
A 1. Register at the reception desk ⇒ 2. Visit company booths/attend workshops ⇒3. Submit questionnaires before returning home
Q: What do we have to bring on the event day?
A: Visitor cards (訪問カード) , at least 5 copies. (We also provide empty visitor cards at the event)
Q: What is a visit card(訪問カード)?
A: Visit cards/houmon cards are forms that you submit to company representatives after listening to their company explanation.
The special forms have your education and contact details, which the company can use to contact you about job availability after the event.

Q: How do I get visit cards(訪問カード)?
A: Register at the site, and a link where you can print out visit cards(訪問カード)will be emailed to you.
● You can fill in the online visitor card, print at least 5 copies and bring to the event.
● Or, you can come and fill in paper visitor cards (訪問カード)on the event day.
It is recommended that you fill in the form online to prevent mistakes from writing and to ease the process at the event's reception.
Q: What is the Resume/CV advice booth?
A: The Resume/CV advice booth is a free-of-charge service where professionals check your resume and give advice on better resume-writing.
The booth will be open throughout the event day.
Q: Can I wear casual clothes to the event?
A: Since you will be meeting representatives from companies, it is best to wear formal clothes (black suit) to the event.
Q: What do I do at the company booth?
A: Attend the company explanation(説明会). Feel free to ask them questions regarding the jobs they are offering and on how to apply.
You will have to check the company booths for schedules on when they will have explanations (説明会).
Companies will provide explanation of their companies and what type of employees they are hiring.
**Do not forget to give the company representative your visitor card(訪問カード)after the explanation.
The visitor card have your education and contact details, which the company can use to contact you about job availability after the event.
**Companies will not have job interviews on the event day, so there is no need to submit resume/CV to the company.
Q: Will the companies give explanations in English?
A: The companies are Japanese companies, and they will give explanations in Japanese. However some companies may give English explanations.
Q: How do we learn more about job-hunting and working in Japan?
A: We are providing seminars on "Job Hunting" and "Working Experience in Japan" , and Group Discussions about job-hunting strategies on the event day.
Q: How can I apply for the seminars/workshops?
A: You can register at the site and select the seminar/workshop you want to attend. There are limited seats, so please register as soon as possible.
